Did you ever consider the effects of digital ownership technology on education?

What can digital ownership technology offer to the education sector?

We’re working on a new way of ownership, changing the business approach, and this digital ownership is achieved through NFTs. It can be used in many business spheres, but today we will review the educational one.

One of the applications of this technology is to reduce fraud; NFTs could be used as a record of academic achievement, with tokens proving that the person holding the credential earned it. As students transfer from one school to another, their records will be fully accessible on the blockchain, with no wait time or missing data.

On the other side, NFTs could be used to attribute authorship of different contents since, as students, we usually produce tons of material that are later distributed without any trace of their author.

However, this is only one of the applications of this technology.

We recently developed a proof of achievement system for the afrus app that allows donations to be reflected as Digital Collectibles (aka “NFTs”; non-fungible tokens) on-chain, providing irrefutable proof of the contribution made.
